My name is Kim. I have had OCD since I was a child, but I didn't know it then. I just remember feeling like I had to touch certain things, and that I didn't like germs or my hands to be dirty. I still deal with contamination OCD every moment of my life. I have been able to lead a productive life and career, even though OCD tries to stop me. The hard thing about OCD is feeling like no one understands what you are going through.
